Minutes from the barometer weekly call:
* Plugfest update:
* functest: sync up with project for D release (attended the demo, post
mortem, ... sessions)
* Talked about data model approach for VES, and establishing a translation
model in barometer
* VES collectd collector to be used as a base. (AR: Maryam to work on
relicensing to Apache v2 so that it can be pulled into OPNFV).
* Baremetal host installation - remit of barometer
* Application level installation - remit of VES.
* Think about plugin configuration and where agent will send the reports as
part of the installation.
* Dev update:

* Testing update:
* Working on making our functest tests compatible with D release.
* functest has been re-architected, so the tests we have need to be re-written
* Everything still runs fine on Colorado 2.0
* Functest coverage for RDT, hugepages and DPDK stat is there.
* BIOS tests will be covered soon.
* SNMP tests to be implemented.
* VES update:
* 2nd update of the Data model in Docs folder in VES.
* More updates are on the way
* Bryan will be using this to plug into the translation schema.
* Investigate what real frameworks are there to plug into (Beyond D release).
* ETSI NFV update
* NFVI metrics outline approved.
* Framework for NFVI definitions put together. Should be re-useable for
virtual resources also. Will be presented tomorrow.
* there are some concerns around the degree of accuracy of the measurements
being recorded for the NFVI.
* Q. what accuracy is needed for all these metrics?
