provide to Community.
I think you can contract Phraos guys to comfirm it.

I provided wrong information yesterday. Current pod for doctor CI are
running with Newton OpenStack. Current Apex only install congress with
Mitaka version. Dan is working on congress update [1], so it should be
fixed soon. I also filed the bug of mis-configuration for ceilometer [2].

So the verification job is not voting? Why not?
If the CI jobs were run before Dec 2nd, just trigger CI jobs
again by leaving comment "recheck".

Note: congress works fine, with some quick hack on the POD
after I installed OPNFV with latest apex. I'll work with apex
team to fix issues I found.
