Hi All,

Is there any documentation on the correct procedure for powering down a
Colorado deployment on bare metal with the intention of powering back up in
same state.

Having an issue when powered down in the following way it comes back up with
incomplete OVS flows and new and current VMs have no network even after
individual hard reboot. ODL comes up fine as does neutron, though neutron can't
fetch topologies form nodes when creating a new VM

Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
