Team, As discussed on the release call this morning, I'm asking all project teams to complete the project release plan template, in addition to your normal planning activity. Recall that project release plans must be completed by October 25, which is 3 weeks from today.
Process: 1. Navigate to this page <https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Summary+of+Project+Release+Plans+for+Danube> . 2. Click on the button that says "Create from template" 3. Fill in the Page title, e.g., "<Project Name> Release Plan for OPNFV Danube" 4. Fill in each field, using the explanatory text for guidance. Note that several of the fields are oriented toward projects that are developing or modifying code. If you are not developing or modifying code, simply enter "N/A" for these fields. 5. In the field named "Detailed Release Plan", enter a link to your detailed release plan. This is like the release plan that you prepared for Brahmaputra or Colorado. 6. Once you're done, click "Save". 7. If you need to make changes later, you can edit the page, just as you would any other Confluence page. Let me know if you have any questions.
