1. Bottlenecks Colorado Discuss
* Hongbo is on another meeting. So Yang is delegated to organize the
discussion
* Yang mentions that the Colorado release will on September 22 and Project
D release plan shall begin to be developed
* The Planned D release date is March 27 2017

2. The proposed Posca Test Suite in Bottlenecks (Draft)
* Yang briefly introduces the proposal
* The proposal classifies the test cases and results into 5 categories.
Then the results will be analyzed and bottlenecks will be searched among these
categories.
