I have learned opnfv ci on web

And I have some issues here:
1.The first step of CI is that:
A developer sends a new patch and includes what scenario is impacted by
that patch in the commit message.
Dose the developer here include every project that compose opnfv? such as
nova, neutron, odl and so on?
How can the developer know which scenarios is impacted?
2.Each gerrit merge will trigger merge job on Jenkins, and result
artifact.
Then if {installer}-daily-{branch} job found the scenario will trigger
{installer}-{scenario}-baremetal-daily-{branch}.
If the run fails,and there is a new file for the same scenario in the
latest folder already.
Will the new same scenario run daily test or not?
3.I have learned that daily loop will not run scenario in the daily
folder.
weekly loop will run scenario in both daily folder and weekly foler. This
can ensure
the scenario still works even though there has been no change impacting
that specific scenario
to ensure the scenario is not impacted by other changes.
The question is:
What is the difference between daily suit and weekly suit?
