In zte-pod2, we already deployed the openstack+L2 ODL with installer
Fuel.
Now We want to run the QTIP daily job on zte-pod2. In the
"qtip-ci-jobs.yml", it gets the installer related parameters from
'{installer}-defaults'.
But "Fuel Admin" network in zte-pod2 is "10.20.1.0/24" and installer_ip
is "10.20.1.2", in the releng/jjb/opnfv/installer-params.yml, the fuel
default install_ip is "10.20.0.2',how can I change the parameter
"INSTALLER_IP" to "10.20.1.2" in zte-pod2?
