Hi Ruijing,
I am trying to deploy an Openstack setup with OVS + DPDK and ODL. I downloaded
and installed Fuel 9 community with 'advanced and experimental' options and
built the following plugins:

[root@fuel fuel]# fuel plugins --list
id | name | version | package_version | releases
---|-----------------|---------|-----------------|--------------------
2 | fuel-plugin-ovs | 0.9.0 | 4.0.0 | ubuntu (mitaka-9.0)
3 | opendaylight | 0.9.0 | 4.0.0 | ubuntu (mitaka-9.0)

I selected 'Install DPDK' in 'Install Openvswitch with NSH/DPDK' option. I
followed the below link to enable OVS - DPDK:
https://specs.openstack.org/openstack/fuel-specs/specs/9.0/support-dpdk.html

I created a Fuel environment with network setup as 'OpenDaylight with tunneling
segmentation'. And added one OS controller and OS Compute nodes to it.
But, On Nodes tab, in Interfaces configuration screen for every interface, I am
not able to see the button 'Enable DPDK'. I am seeing this button, only if I
select the network setup as 'OpenDaylight with vlan segmentation'. Is that
means the OVS with DPDK support only works with VLAN?

Does fuel OVS plugin works/tested with both NSH and DPDK simultaneously?
Because, with the network setup 'OpenDaylight with tunneling segmentation', I
am able to run SFC usecase with OVS NSH support. For the same setup, I am
trying for OVS - DPDK.

For the Fuel OVS plugin to work with DPDK, is it possible to select 'Neutron
with tunneling segmentation' option while creating a Fuel environment?

Do I need to enable DPDK settings in Fuel? I think I am missing something here.
Can you please help me to debug the issue. And, if anyone already ran the above
usecase, please help me with the deployment steps.

Regards,
Srikanth.
