Compass4nfv has supported ubuntu16.04 + mitaka. CI link

After git clone compass4nfv code, you need set up the following 2
configuration to deploy ubuntu16.04 + mitaka.
export OS_VERSION="xenial"
export OPENSTACK_VERSION="mitaka_xenial"
for ISO, yesterday's one works well.
