sorry, didn't think this minor topic would get so involved. i know
there was *something* i did recently that was affected by a hyphen,
possibly in a section name, i'll try to recover what it was. it might
have been that i had to put a section name that contained a hyphen in
quotes for it to be processed properly.
in any event, it might be worth expanding the explanation of "UCI
identifiers" to note which are allowed to contain hyphens, and which
not, as it was confusing the first time i read it.
