The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header.
To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped automatically by the mailing list software.

I’m guessing that something was supposed to expand after the first semicolon but didn’t? Where does this command come from and I’ll try to trace down the null expansion. Thanks
