The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows
sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header.

To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped
automatically by the mailing list software.

Add/update license variables for a few packages.

Util-linux contains a plethoria of licenses. Ideally each package there
should get its own license definitions, but that is a bit of work to do.
