Hi, Disclaimer: I know nothing about this arch or this hw, however this CONFIG will make the entire flash storage significantly slower. Have you considered CONFIG_MTD_SPI_NOR_USE_VARIABLE_ERASE ? It allows writing to partitions that do not fit a 64K EB by selectively using 4K EB.
