Thanks a lot! I am very happy. :)

However, I just discussed with Paul that "until 16" indicates that you may still vote on the 16th of May. I recommend waiting until those last hours have passed in order to ensure fairness for people who may still wish to vote.

Best
Nick

Hi all,

I’m happy to announce that this vote passed and Nick Hainke aka

Congratulations Nick!

Since I started the vote, I’ll guide him through the onboarding.

Hi all,

After talking to Nick directly and asking during the last developer meeting a
few minutes ago, I’d like to start a vote on granting Nick commit access.

With more than 300 commits in openwrt.git alone plus being a maintainer for
packages in both packages.git and routing.git, he’s a super nice (and
important) addition to the OpenWrt community. He’s taking care of core package
maintenance as well as adding new devices and doing plenty of testing.
Additionally all interactions I had with him over email and IRC were very
friendly and I enjoyed the collaboration very much, a view other committers
share as well.

I think Nick is a good addition to our team. I would like to add Nick to the
OpenWrt committers team.

Voting is open until 16th of May 2023.

Paul
