Please can you post the contents of that page as an email in this
thread? Doing so will yield the following advantages:
1. People (like me) whose browsers/OSes are set up to accommodate
accessibility issues will be able to read it.
(Currently, if I visit that URL I only get a blank page. Maybe that
is fixable in some way but it would probably take a lot of work,
whereas a plain text email would be completely accessible to me.)
2. People reading the mailing list archives will be able to make sense
of the discussion, even if the URL above has succumbed to entropy in
the meantime.
