Because of the lib prefix, it's not getting substituted properly and
breaks compilation of other packages.
Fixes error with at least btrfs-progs:
Package '@LIBSELINUX@', required by 'mount', not found
Package '@LIBCRYPTSETUP@', required by 'mount', not foun
