The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows
sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header.

To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped
automatically by the mailing list software.

I'd say maybe best approach for now would be to have snort3 being own
package on menuconfig instead replacing snort2 (and mutually excluside
relating to eachothers), especially as the they diffirent syntax and there
even isn't a stable release made yet. When snort3 matures enough then some
moves to pahse out snort2 could be made. Many packages has had it this way,
in general python 2 vs 3 is still a thing...
