This patchset goes on with the attempt to - speed up caldata/eeprom handling by reading blockwise (patch 1 to 3), - merge the similar functions in one library (patch 4).
Patchset v5 squashes the eeprom.sh merge into one patch since all targets have been tested now. (Thanks to Petr.) A further benefit of the two-step changes (first speed up, then merge) is that the speedup may be backported to openwrt-18.06 easily ...
