Hi Robert, Thanks for the info, I have looked at the ipq-wifi but for exemple the "board-zyxel_nbg6617.bin" and "board-zyxel_wre6606.bin" are already combined into one board.bin. and they just replace the board-2.bin, But how are they combined ?
I have seems some example to upstream the BDFs like here : http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/ath10k/2018-April/011179.html But they don't explain how to combine both 2G and 5G together. Thanks, Clement On Fri, 9 Nov 2018 at 15:47, Robert Marko <robima...@gmail.com> wrote: > > You have to use the ipq-wifi package > > On Fri, Nov 9, 2018, 15:25 Clément Péron <peron.c...@gmail.com wrote: >> >> Hi, >> >> I'm using a IPQ40xx board with kernel 4.14 (DK05 variant), I have >> successfully extract the pre-cal but i'm now stuck at the board-2.bin >> loading. >> >> When booting the ath10k_pci is looking for >> "bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=16" and a >> "bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=27" however these board-id are >> unknown in the board-2.bin file. >> >> Looking at the Qualcomm OpenWRT release there is some board files that >> are not available in the upstream board-2.bin. >> >> Like >> boardData_1_0_IPQ4019_DK01_2G.bin >> boardData_1_0_IPQ4019_DK01_5G.bin >> boardData_1_0_IPQ4019_DK03_2G.bin >> boardData_1_0_IPQ4019_DK03_5G.bin >> boardData_1_0_IPQ4019_DK05_2G.bin >> boardData_1_0_IPQ4019_DK05_5G.bin >> etc.... >> >> Is there anyway to force the driver to load one of this file instead >> of looking for the board-2.bin ? >> >> Thanks, >> Clement >> >> _______________________________________________ >> openwrt-devel mailing list >> openwrt-devel@lists.openwrt.org >> https://lists.openwrt.org/mailman/listinfo/openwrt-devel _______________________________________________ openwrt-devel mailing list openwrt-devel@lists.openwrt.org https://lists.openwrt.org/mailman/listinfo/openwrt-devel
