Relevant. In D240.dts we have
-- cut --
&sdhci {
status = "okay";
};
-- cut --
so SD driver loads and reprogram GPIO register ND_SD_GPIO_MODE to ND mode
and you lost GPIO controls. Disable unused sdhci in DTS.
