Sorry, I should've explained a little more.  Let's say I have a kernel
config that I'm happy with.  How do I pull out the target related bits
and put into the target/ area.  If you look at the config files,
they're pretty clean.  In general, options in the target are not in
the generic one.  I didn't know if there was some special process or
tool to help make that happen.
