I'm curious about the correct use of basic_rate parameter in /etc/config/wireless for 802.11n operation on ath9k. Specifically, I'm looking for the ability to disable low bitrates (e.g. 1Mbit/s) to conserve airtime.
http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/wireless#common.options1 Searching the forum yields usage like this, but that appears to be for 802.11g operation: option basic_rate '1000 2000 5500 11000' Does the basic_rate list have to be populated for all values from 2000 to 300000, i.e. when using HT40 modes, to exclude 1Mbit/s?
