Hi Aleksandr, Many thanks for your help, I added my script to /etc/rc.local and it works like a cham. I haven't known about this script before.

That's why I want to restart the CoovaChilli to apply up.sh iptales rule. Anyway, It is just a work-around solution, I have to check why up.sh does not work...
