It is true that I was not present when this feed was created. In one of
our OpenWrt meetings we had discussion about the feeds... It was concluded:

*) we should not have feature or testing branches in feeds
*) we should have the same quality as we had when the the feed was in openwrt 
packages

That said, I've introduced MAINTAINERS file in telephony feed too. That
is mostly for administration foo. So we all know who has access to the
feed and in case we need to change something we can contact all authors.

I don't see a problem why people would not use their real name and email
when committing. Do you?

I've taken a look quick look at your commits and they seem fine, but
I've noticed that you have switched emails recently. I assume that you
will stick with the one you are using recently.

In telephony feed we had committer who had invalid and different email
more then once when committing. That is something that we would not like
to happen again.
