Some days ago found that usbreset don't work due to the lack of usbfs. I think that the choices are: - Delete it. - Enable usbfs. - Look for an usbreset utility that doesn't depend on usbfs. Found this: http://www.roman10.net/how-to-reset-usb-device-in-linuxusing-libusb/
