1. thanks for your Q1 answer , is it wifi spec? or hostapd definition ?
2. Q2 : I mean that why does it not change mode from 11n to 11 b/g , when I set 
wmm_enabled=1 and moved the client device that make the distance increased 
between the client and AP?

That's normal because 802.11n requires WMM to be enabled.
