Make a patch as if these 2 patches where already included, or send a new 
version of the 2nd one.

'signed-off-by' has a legal meaning, so leave all the signed-off-by if you send 
a new version of the 2nd patch.
You can do something like:

Signed-off-by: Etienne CHAMPETIER <etienne.champet...@free.fr>
