Hello, That is a good point, I can adjust the Makefile to not install the example config.
I have a question, how did you handle root.key? On my device, a Netgear WNDR3800, the clock is not saved between reboots. If the image is freshly installed and root.key hasn't been populated, unbound sometimes fails to update root.key if the NTP sync has not happened yet. Have you encountered this?
