Upstream have done this differently, by making everything use *seconds*
not minutes. This means that the nut plugin doesn't have to change, but
snmp and apcups would, if we were using those. All we *do* need to do is
remove the bogus maximum of 3600 seconds on the 'timeleft' data type.

I'll resend the patch series (including the one which will prevent
flashrom from bricking my Geos, and really ought to be applied sooner
rather than later) shortly...
