The "no init found" means that, after booting completely, the kernel wasn't able to give the control to your root FS. Either, your kernel doesn't supprt the FS type (JFFS2?), or maybe the flash system (MTD), or maybe you didn't flash your router correctly or maybe ....
A full boot log would be useful to investigate further.
