Sounds great, go alter the ISC dhcp code and OpenWRT makefile so it can build an IPv6-only version and submit the patch. Personally I wouldn't want this at all since the binaries are statically linked and having separate IPv4 and IPv6 binaries will be even more bloated than single binaries supporting both stacks.
