Upstream commit dc4abbb3a8a184d9c696dbba90cdb98b7da70e77 does now
contain this quick fix - just removing the extraneous <config.h>
from deep inside the .h hierarchy... (reviewd on the openvpn-devel
list, considered reasonable, ACKed).
