Probably not going to happen for the main repo. Some developers like to stay with SVN. Right now I don't see a point in pushing for a complete switch to git, since the svn<->git integration is working just fine.
So guys, let's keep this discussion on topic. The proposed-changes repo is of course going to be a git repo, but the main repo stays with svn. Let's focus the discussion on how the proposed-changes repo should be maintained, who should do it, and how the patch team will organize.
