This patch fixes a recursive dependency in busybox config.
Without, it is not possible to save a diffconfig where
BUSYBOX_CONFIG_FEATURE_HAVE_RPC is enabled.

I think the main problem is that there's no way to specify that the
USE_UCLIBC dependency in librpc should not propagate to packages that
depend on it. I'm working on fixing that instead, that way we can keep
the opkg dependency of busybox on librpc.
Thanks for pointing out what's causing really weird menuconfig confusion
which I tried to track down yesterday ;)
