Hi there,

we tried to use 802.11r in hostapd for seamless roaming with mac80211 on
TL-WR1043nd.
Two access points are connected via cable. Wifi is open and the same
channel is used. LAN and WLAN are bridged to br-lan.

I compiled the latest version of hostapd (v0.8.x) and wpa_supplicant
full with the parameter CONFIG_IEEE80211R=y.
The driver in the config-file is nl80211.

When I move a client A from the 1st AP to the 2nd AP, the client A
changes the connection when the SNR is good enough.
A connection (e.g. ping) of another wireless client B from AP1 to client
A in AP2 disconnects, so the roaming does not work.
In hostapd.conf are various parameter for 802.11r, e.g. mobility_domain,
r0kh or r1kh. I set these parameters as described but roaming doesn't
work yet.

How should FT / 802.11r work in this installation? Is there a hint for
the configuration?

thanks in advance,
Stephan
