Hi Sorry, got to my workpad too late to finally sort things out - was extremely busy with my work last few days. Much happy to see people are interested in getting 4716-based things working with Openwrt.

Was not ready with fully testing things out. Here are 3 .tar.bz2'ed patches to get ASUS RT-N16 (and possibly others 4716-based routers) boot with Openwrt trunk, 2.6.37 kernel: http://www.znau.edu.ua/temp/asus-rt-n16/2011-02-12T00-10/2011-02-12T00-10_openwrt4716.tar.bz2 Individual patches and md5 signs you can get here: http://www.znau.edu.ua/temp/asus-rt-n16/2011-02-12T00-10/ Here is bootable image built with Openwrt trunk #25469: http://www.znau.edu.ua/temp/asus-rt-n16/2011-02-12T00-10/openwrt-brcm4716-squashfs.trx As I've reported before still no wifi. You will get just usb and ethernet working. And PLEASE, whoever want to test this out, FIRST READ openwrt-bcm4716-README.txt which is supplied with .tar.bz2 or get it from http://www.znau.edu.ua/temp/asus-rt-n16/openwrt-bcm4716- README.txt. Do that prior flashing your box and even prior planning on such. Stuff posted is working clean on several N16's I've got, most likely will work the same on others non ASUS but bcm4716-based embeddables, might work on 47162 ones too (never heard about such tho). But until it is tested on non-ASUS hardware please DONT EVER try it out if you dont know how to debrick your box for sure. Would be much appreciated if you let me know whether you got your 4716'box working with this or not.
