That will work, if I am in a hurry to make it work that is what I am going to
do.  But we need to make openwrt compile for make-3.82 any way.

I bet the finial change to resolve this is very small.

I found this email archive should demonstrate what kind of the change
required to fix that.

The problem for me is  understanding how the "BuildPackage" macro get
unfold. It is very complex and down right scary.
