coi ro do, Last month I purchased a Ben NanoNote and began working on porting packages and understanding how OpenWrt works.
I have commit access to qi-hardware's repository, but this repository mostly serves to track OpenWrt's backfire and trunk branches. I have a question about packages and dependencies in OpenWrt, based on what I have observed. I see that a package may list what it depends on. I don't think this dependency is checked if you enable a package in make menuconfig. If you enable a package but don't enable the dependencies, the package will be skipped. Is this true?
