Eric, Have you tried my solution posted here? https://lists.openwrt.org/pipermail/openwrt-devel/2010-March/006344.html Sadly, it looks like either being missed (despite of my reminder) or silently ignored, since it has never been commented, neither as interesting nor crappy.
