My WL-500g Deluxe (4306 corerev 5 onboard) works extremely well with the
b43 driver and WPA-PSK2 with AES. I can max it out at around ~2 MB/s at
close range, the same speed it reached with the proprietary 2.4 driver.
And it's even rock stable - 52 days of uptime with no glitches.

I'm using an old kamikaze checkout (r15160, 2.6.28.9), haven't tried
anything more recent.
