shorewall-shell has been removed in shorewall 4.4 so shorewall-common
and shorewall-perl have been merged into shorewall. I've not included
shorewall (and shorewall6) in my patch because I can't test it as I
don't build perl. Moreover these packages are not required on the device
to have a firewall controlled by shorewall.

I considered just leaving the shorewall packages as they are and adding
shorewall-lite4.4, but that would cause way too much confusion with
shorewall6 and I didn't need the old versions for myself anyway.

I must take issue with the term "a mere child", for it has been my
invariable experience that the company of a mere child is infinitely
preferable to that of a mere adult.
