Just a friendly reminder to apply this patch, preferably to the 8.09
tree in addition to trunk. Patch is based on 8.09 r18988, but should
apply to trunk just as well. This will instantly enable a bunch of
routers which currently don't work with OpenWRT due to not being
equipped with any parallel flash. I have some follow-up patches to
send, once this is committed, to support the Netcore NW618 (a board also
used in one of the Rosewill branded products) - but it requires working
sflash support first.

Thanks!

#6442: Fix Serial Flash support
-------------------------------------------+----------------------------
 Reporter:Tony Butler <spud...@…> | Owner:developers
     Type:enhancement | Status:new
 Priority:high | Milestone:Kamikaze 8.09.2
Component:kernel | Version:Kamikaze 8.09
 Keywords:sflash, serial flash |
-------------------------------------------+----------------------------
This patch adds two files and changes the existing one (which is
actually in the wrong place) and enables working serial flash support
 for brcm-2.4

This is similar to an available sflash patch floating around the
Internet but is patched further to support JFFS2 (original patch would
fail on zero-length requests made by JFFS2 code)
