Apparently in trunk the ipsec-tools changes are no longer necessary
(it's using 0.7.3).
I cleaned up your packages slightly and committed them in r18958 and
r18959, fixing libtool support and generating the package containing the
shared library. Please make a build from trunk and test the packages there.
