Personally I feel confused about your inquiries - you started with
asking about Python support then suddently asked something completely
different.

It should not have required much of your own energy to look through
either a search-engine list of results or browse the OpenWrt package
directory (see below the link to bcm47xx):

http://downloads.openwrt.org/kamikaze/8.09.1/brcm47xx/packages/

One of the other developers took time to reply to your question, but
then you jumped topic to something un-related to the original question.

In regard to the question you ask, about the DIR-320, would I like to
direct you to ask this question on either the -devel mailing list or
post a question in the forum.
A professional approach would be to buy a couple of the devices and do
some testing with the specific hardware combinations and deployment
situation.

You ask directly for help, and I can clearly state that OpenWrt always
will do the best the project can to offer its help - but, there has to
be a reasonable balance.
Unfortunately you twisted this balance by forwarding an email to -devel,
and I will have to ask you to stop with doing this.

Sincerely
