Hi, it would appear that code for forcing BSSID in Ad-Hoc mode on Broadcom based devices has been removed in Kamikaze. Why is this so and is it possible to override BSSID when in Ad-Hoc mode (since random bssids tend to cause mesh partitioning) ?
The "wlc" application doesn't appear to support this and doing it via "iwconfig wl0 ap" does nothing - it seems that the new broadcom driver is simply ignoring WLC_SET_BSSID ioctls. Has anyone looked into this and found a possible solution or at least a reason why this doesn't work ?
