crazy_imp already answered ;-) , yeap this is our development feed.
I'm using here the file access by adding to the feeds.conf: src-cpy ifx_feeds 
${TOPDIR}/../ifx_feeds .

The package/openwrt-packages was the old way before scripts/feeds script became 
productive.
I'll add later the mentioned symlink patch to overcome this confusion (== phase 
out the package/openwrt-packages) approach.
