I have to appollogize for my late reply (and it's short form), to many things had piled-up here before I leave for San Francisco.
I think we need to look at this process as being focussed on finishing a "first edition" - which should be quite basic. Example: The installation section should probably not state more than: 1. There is along list of supported devices (see TOH) 2. Bootloaders: CFE RedBoot Uboot MyLoader 3. To install Kamikaze you need to achieve either tftp, serial or ssh/telnet access (specific device information is found in the TOH). 4. Installation is done via tftp upload, serial via x/ymodem or in some cases it is possible to do a direct re-flash via ssh/telnet (specific device information is found in the TOH). The basic configuration section, could be something like: 1. The structure of Kamikaze (filesystem layout + ipkg) 2. Central config files 3. Alternative UCI commands 4. ? And it is my point of view: "Keep it short (and aimed at people with some experience)"? Though this is a difficult subject .... I'll be in the San Francisco area (Staying in Sunnyvale) and will be checking my email on a regular basis, so feel free to look me up.
