I'm not sure they ever will - 2.6.x has reached "Old stable support" status, which means "we'll do security fixes and tarball, but no windows release and no other-repositories", according to https://community.openvpn.net/Pages/Supported%20versions (Which might have been worded a bit more prominently in the release announcement...)
