Using systemctl allows specifying the configuration with openvpn@<config>.
Although 'service' on Linux should also allow specifying a configuration,
testing on Ubuntu 24 isn't working using "service openvpn start <conf file
without the ".conf" extension).
Is there a way on Windows to specify which configuration to use when using "net
start <openvpn service name>"?
