I guess that Samuli's build machine (which is a VM in some AWS VPC)
has issues unrelated to Debian or OpenVPN - but fixing takes time, so
won't always be possible "right the same day".
2.5.5 was a few months ago, in that time there was a bit of restructuring
in the VMs that we can use for community stuff, and what got broken at
that wasn't noticed until 2.5.6 release.
But that's guesswork, Samuli could tell more - but I think he's busy
actually repairing the builders.
